VSAC Desktop Guide

Welcome to the Vandenberg Security Awareness Council (VSAC) Desktop Guide for Supervisors on reporting adverse information. This guide is designed to accomplish two purposes. The first is to provide information on a recommended continuing evaluation concept (discussed in Section VI) and the second, to assist supervisors in their continuing responsibility to report adverse information. This has been a problem area with contractors affiliated with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). This guide enhances the reporting requirements outlined in paragraph 1-302 of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and provides a clearer understanding of supervisory responsibilities to report adverse information.
