Some slides of our 2003 vacation to Wyoming's Wind River Range area.
Our rig.
Our 14-year-old back-up driver. (practicing on some dirt roads in Wyoming when not pulling the trailer!)

We arrive in the southern Wind River Mountains . . .
with 30+ miles of logging roads to explore before deciding to camp in Lander, Wyoming.

Lander could be a reasonable part-time retirement place--this place was only $50K.
Met lots of cross-country cyclists at the campsite in Lander who were passing thru Wyoming either east or westbound. Here we are saying our goodbyes to Jill and Michael, who we had just sagged up to Togwotee Pass They were both pulling Bob Yak trailers and were otherwise planning to take a long detour from Lander to Cody and then thru Yellowstone on their way west to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Since we were driving that way for a day of mtn bike riding--up Union Pass, we were able to help them out. Great time talking with them!
Snowball near Togwotee Pass
On top of Union Pass after half a dozen miles of steep climbing.
Uh, no, we didn't take the Oregon Trail, but we did cross it while heading to Pinedale.
Our campsite view at New Fork Lake near Pinedale . . . note my fishing rod leaning on the rock.
Hot shower facility at the campsite!
Hummingbirds at Nephi, Utah
Closeup of some of the hummingbird swarming around the feeder.
That's all, folks!
