The Internet has a long memory. Court records may now
be sealed, but it is not yet forgotten that Andrew Thomas Brunner, AKA
Andy Brunner, spamware author and spam supporter, was also once
convicted of criminal charges in connection with a burglarly in which
he participated.
The Internet remembers this still.
