26 Aug:
Noticed our first tomato worms. The two we found did quite a bit of damage in the 3 days we were gone.

2 Sept:
Found a couple more tomato worms. And the birds have decided they like Swiss Chard.

Still no gopher problems and the diatomataceous earth is doing an excellent job keeping the snails and slugs out of the garden completely.

  Tomato Harvest
produced about 40-50 lbs of tomatoes. We sliced and bagged about 11 bags for freezing.
